(2008-01-04) I lived in a Southpark Estates townhouse from 1998-2001 and was pleased overall. The two story townhouse is quite spacious for the price, location is good and maintenance issues were resolved promptly.

(2008-10-27) I paid them a deposit for an apartment that I never moved into and they did not refund the deposit. To me, that lacks character. You don't keep someones deposit money if they don't move in the apartment. They could have least offered to refund part of the deposit. I should have taken them to a smalls claim court, but I didn't want to go through the hassle. I wouldn't recommend any of their apartments for simple fact they lack integrity. On top of that, their properties are old!

(2009-08-01) OUT OF ALL THE PLACES I HAVE LIVED THIS HAS BEEN THE BEST I LIVED IN THE ONES ON YELLOW JACKET DRIVE ITS QUIET NOT FAR FROM ANYTHING..BUT WALMART..MY ONLY COMPLAINT IS I WAS EVICTED AFTER I PAID RENT WELL THEY KINDLY TOLD ME TO LEAVE AFTER MY MONTH WAS UP..MY GF KEPT GETTING INTO IT WITH MANAGEMENT SO I THINK THATS THE REASON ...OH WELL..BUT YOU WILL LOVE IT HERE
